History of Jones-Zander:
Having been established in Grenada, MS, in 1973, McRee Dardaman Jones, Ltd. grew into one of the more stable and experienced architectural and engineering firms in north Mississippi. Upon the death of senior partner, Rudolph McRee in 1988, the firm continued as Dardaman Jones, Ltd. until the retirement of Chris J. Dardaman in 1996. Robert J. Zander, who had joined the firm in 1984 after having received his Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University, was brought into partnership and the firm became Jones-Zander, Ltd.
Having been founded as an architectural and engineering firm, the new firm now had two registered architects as principals, Girault W. Jones, AIA, and Robert J. Zander, AIA, and therefore concentrated its services on architectural work. Jones-Zander, Ltd. continues the fine tradition of it's founders, maintains a staff of nine experienced personnel, and offers a full range of architectural services to a broad spectrum of satisfied clients.
